the covid fog
I’m coming out of it, slowly. The fog that came rumbling through with the fabled COVID. I had escaped it for about three years but twelve days ago it came on and it came on STRONG.
I spent most of the last ten days isolated in my room, with my thoughts and feels. Usually that’s a scary prospect for an extrovert but I really needed it. By the end I was so over it. But now I see how much I needed to think and reflect and check in on whether my direction, my choices, are still aligned and part of where I want to go.
The answer is.. some things need to shift.
